I now make at least 2 juices per day. Yesterday, I got the results from my first checkup since I began juicing and made the switch to being a vegetarian. My LDL is down by 50%, and my other levels have improved by about 30 points each. I've also lost nearly 40 lbs. During this period, I wasn't taking any medications. The only supplement I took was Red Rice Yeast, sporadically. I'm 51 years old and I'm proud to say that the NutriBullet has been an excellent addition to my new, healthy lifestyle.
